We’re now seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and scale relationships with our most critical national and global clients - think portfolios generating $10M+ in annual revenue. If you're driven by commercial influence, strategic impact, and C-suite engagement, this role is your next big play.

What You’ll Lead

  • Take ownership of a high-impact, high-value portfolio - including national brands and global enterprises with multiple subsidiaries.
  • Build deep relationships with C-level decision makers, procurement boards, and contract governance teams.
  • Partner with solutions architects, pricing analysts, and operational leads to co-design end-to-end transport strategies that reduce delivery times, lower costs, and drive service differentiation.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell pathways - turning a $10M customer into a $15M powerhouse.
  • Lead and present quarterly strategic reviews backed by data on revenue, SLA performance, volume trends, and satisfaction metrics.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Lift portfolio revenue by $1M – $2M annually through growth initiatives and retention
  • Reduce churn risk by 30% through proactive engagement and value engineering
  • Influence complex contract negotiations with board-level stakeholders
  • Own a 95% forecast accuracy rate across all active and pipeline opportunities
  • Be the strategic anchor behind some of Australia’s most visible freight and logistics deals

You Bring

  • 7+ years’ experience in enterprise account management, solution selling, or strategic sales within logistics, SaaS, utilities, or a B2B service context
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and navigating long, complex sales cycles
  • Advanced commercial acumen with a strong grasp of pricing strategy, bid leadership, and margin protection
  • Confident with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and skilled in using BI dashboards to uncover actionable insights
  • A consultative, client-first mindset - able to translate a customer's future vision into a tailored logistics partnership
