About the Opportunity
Crawford is looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude, who loves building partnership opportunities to join us as Senior Account Manager.
You will be accountable for identifying opportunities to improve our commercial value through service offer expansion, actionable insights and customer experience solutions aligned to our clients’ strategic focuses.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, ideally based in Sydney, however we are open to other locations for the right candidate, and the role reports directly into our charismatic and results-driven Chief Client Officer.
About You
You are ideas-driven, entrepreneurial, and innovative. A natural networker with a vast professional network, preferably within the claims management or insurance space and you will thrive within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
With strong business acumen, you will be highly organized, self-sufficient, and intrinsically motivated. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, a proven track record in generating and converting business development opportunities and a deep knowledge of the claims management life cycle, where you truly understand the key drivers of achieving great outcomes, are essential to this role. You will be experienced in influencing through relationships.
Key Requirements
Capacity to develop, initiate and deliver ideas and concepts in partnerships that add mutual value – and to collaborate with internal departments to deliver complex large scale partner onboarding and activation, where you can flex between operating at the strategic and operational levels
You are goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver who can demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the company internally and to different types of partners externally
Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral and high-level interpersonal skills with the proven ability to identify, interpret and analyse data to deliver actionable insights
You love to plan and track: you have excellent organizational & time management skills, high-level attention to detail and follow through with the ability to exercise initiative to anticipate client needs
You are a “learn-it-all”, curious by nature and not afraid to ask the (sometimes obvious) question/s to truly understand what the client wants
Market insights: you stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities by conducting thorough market research and analysis, allowing you to identify potential areas of growth, adapt strategies, and stay competitive
