We’re looking for a Corporate FP&A Manager to own the end-to-end company-wide planning process, drive strategic decision-making, and make sure our financial roadmap is as bold as our growth plans. This role sits at the heart of our Finance team, partnering with the CFO, Strategic Finance, and Business Finance to translate our mission into numbers, models, and actionable insights.
What you’ll do- Own and lead the consolidated planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the company.
- Develop and maintain Group-level financial plans and strategic models that underpin our growth story.
- Shape the P&L with top-down market and competitor analyses.
- Consolidate and review inputs from Strategic Finance and Business Finance FP&A teams to create a single, aligned financial picture.
- Partner with the People Team on workforce and headcount planning.
- Prepare board, investor, and executive reporting packs with clear narratives that connect the dots between numbers and strategy.
- Drive scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to inform big strategic calls.
- Align financial planning with company goals, OKRs, and capital strategy.
- Own the group P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Work with the CFO and finance leadership on capital allocation and funding strategy.
- Ensure consistency in planning assumptions, definitions, and metrics across the business.
- Coordinate across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and other central finance functions.
- Build financial models to evaluate major initiatives like M&A, new market launches, and product expansions.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and governance at the group level.
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, with experience in a high-growth, complex business environment.
- A track record of owning planning cycles end-to-end at the group or corporate level.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills — you can connect business levers to the numbers.
- Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modelling and financial analysis skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
