About the job:

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Planning & Insights Manager for the SEA & Oceania region. This role involves facilitating the overall planning process within a Cluster/Sales company, ensuring all functions participate and data is interpreted strategically to extract key business implications. You will be a vital part of the Marketing team and represent Marketing function in the Oceania Sales Company Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

On Oceania level

  • Part of Oceania Management team
  • Manage cross-functional activities for Oceania Market with Content & Communication, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Sale Marketing teams to achieve deliverables.
  • Lead collaboration with other excellence areas to align priorities with the strategic business plan and insights.
  • Represent marketing during Oceania management meetings.

On Cluster level (SEA & Oceania)

  • Part of Cluster Marketing Management team
  • Initiate and manage the strategic business plan process across the cluster, including scheduling checkpoint reviews and progress updates.
  • Translate business plans into strategic marketing plans and develop divisional marketing plans with clear priorities.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer intelligence analysis based on business plan priorities.
  • Develop specific market analyses (BD Booster, Deep-dives, etc.) according to the needs of the Sales Company/Cluster.
  • Prepare and manage periodic competitor analysis.
  • Develop insights into macroeconomic and industry growth to anticipate trends or threats to the business.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics.
  • 8-10 years of experience in market insights analytics, marketing strategy, and B2B environments.
  • Experience in managing people and strong stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Sydney.
