The Opportunity

This is a dynamic and fast-paced graduate Analyst role in which you will be working across a wide range of projects within the real estate and infrastructure sectors that will meaningfully shape the future direction of Dexus. The Strategy and Corporate Transactions team are responsible for setting the overall Dexus group strategy as well as identifying and executing corporate transaction opportunities.

You will make an impact by:

  • Assisting in the annual strategy review process delivered to the Board which will set the
    overall strategic direction of the business

  • Participating in the execution of projects that are prioritised through the strategy review
    process, in conjunction with other business units

  • Contributing towards the ongoing identification, evaluation and execution of opportunities to drive
    growth for the Dexus business, such as new business opportunities, transaction execution (direct real estate and infrastructure assets and / or corporate M&A) and continuous business improvement initiatives.

About You

You are driven, accountable, and curious, with a strong desire to learn. Your analytical mindset, forward-looking and independent thinking will demonstrate initiative and proactivity.

  • Minimum tertiary degree qualification that includes an analytical discipline: Economics, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics

  • Previous work experience or an internship in a management consulting, finance, economics, real estate or similar role that requires a strong analytical element, would be advantageous

  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • High-level problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for continual learning and development.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, think outside the box, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive team culture.

  • Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Broader data analytics programmes or information technology capabilities will be viewed positively, but not considered necessary
