Are you intellectually curious, data-driven, and ready to step into a high-impact strategy role in a global fintech company? Iress is looking for a Strategy Consultant to join our Group Strategy team, playing a key role in shaping strategic priorities that guide decisions across our global business.

Reporting to the Strategic Planning & Engagement Manager, you’ll work on high-priority, often Board-mandated, projects and support the delivery of our core strategic planning processes. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong analytical experience and a passion for solving complex problems with clarity, precision, and purpose.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting delivery of critical strategic initiatives, including cross-functional and Board-driven projects

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants to execute high-impact strategy work

  • Conducting structured market and competitor research and translating insights into actionable strategies

  • Driving and coordinating core strategic planning processes including Annual and 5-Year Plans

  • Managing and maintaining Iress’ repository of Market Intelligence

  • Assisting with preparation and facilitation of key strategic forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Strategy Meetings

  • Developing clear, compelling strategic documentation and presentations for senior leadership

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a strategy-focused role, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or a high-performing in-house strategy team

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working in Excel and data modelling

  • Proven ability to break down complex problems and test hypotheses in a structured, collaborative environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing polished presentations and reports

  • A proactive, professional mindset with strong attention to detail and time management

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A humble team player who’s eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact across the business
