The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Structural Engineer with 3 – 6 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career to be part of our team. As a member of Sydney based buildings team, you will design solutions for major local, intrastate and interstate infrastructure projects.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor of Structural Engineering

· Competence and experience in the practice of Structural Engineering

· Ability to design building structures and prepare design calculations using both manual methods or with the aid of industry standard computer applications

· Practical experience in the design and documentation of concrete and steel framed buildings

· Be on the pathway to obtaining CPEng within 3 years

· Complete the planning, design and execution of projects working with large teams

· Demonstrate a client focus with proven experience in delivering great project outcomes in the past

· Be involved in close coordination with construction teams and external stakeholders to develop the best project solution

· Prepare technically sound, well written and easily understood proposals and reports

· Proactively provide direction, mentoring and support junior engineers

· Polished communication skills with the ability to navigate project issues
