Your Impact: The Role 🌟
As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for professionals ready to transform their careers through education. You will provide them with timely and accurate advice, guiding them to find the right education program to support their career ambitions. This isn't just another sales role—it's your chance to make a genuine impact.
- Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat
- Create personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
- Transform inquiries into successful enrolments - ensuring you achieve your targets to help in our vision to transform education and transform the world.
- Work independently with the freedom to adapt your approach—we trust your expertise, not scripts
Qualifications
👥 Who You Are
You're a seasoned sales professional who believes in the power of education to change lives. You bring:
- Proven experience in consultative sales, particularly in a metrics-driven environment
- Natural relationship-building abilities that create trust and connection
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline. For our high-achieving advisors, the target is just the starting line – they're all about racing past it!
- Attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the value of maintaining accurate customer data
- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment
- Exposure to higher education is advantageous.

Work Arrangements
- Full-time position (38 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm (rotating roster) AEST/AEDST
- Work from anywhere in Australia with a reliable internet connection
