🔑 A Day in the Life of a Student Enrolment Advisor

  • Warm Leads: Connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest.
  • Automated Dialler & Inbound Calls: Spend at least 4 hours a day making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries about programs and applications.
  • Live Chat: Provide instant responses to student queries and encourage phone conversations.
  • Pipeline Management: Track student progress, follow up on incomplete applications, send deadline reminders, and update the CRM.
  • Team Huddles: Join daily check-ins to share best practices, stay motivated, and align on enrolment goals.

Your Impact: The Role 🌟 

As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for professionals ready to transform their careers through education. You will provide them with timely and accurate advice, guiding them to find the right education program to support their career ambitions. This is your chance to make a genuine impact. 

  • Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat 
  • Create personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach 
  • Transform inquiries into successful enrolments - ensuring you achieve your targets to help in our vision to transform education and transform the world.  
  • Work independently with the freedom to adapt your approach—we trust your expertise, not scripts 
  • Be a part of a collaborative team that priortises connection, learning and growth

 

Qualifications

👥 Who You Are  

You're a sales and/or customer service professional who believes in the power of education to change lives. You bring: 

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role - you are a self motivated and mission driven individual who finds pride in helping others through education and 1:1 guidance
  • Natural relationship-building abilities that create trust and connection 
  • A proven track record of meeting KPI's or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline. For our high-achieving advisors, the target is just the starting line – they're all about racing past it! 
  • Attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the value of maintaining accurate customer data 
  • The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment 
  •  Exposure to higher education is advantageous.

📅 Work Arrangements 

  • Full-time position (38 hours/week) 
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm (rotating roster) AEST/AEDST 
  • Work remotely in Australia with a reliable internet connection 
     

💻 Onboarding and Training:

  • A comprehensive and supportive remote onboarding completed over your first 3 days. We start your first week on a Wednesday!
  • 2 weeks of shadowing one of our experienced Student Enrolment Advisors to help you hit the ground running
  • Ongoing support and training from your Team Leader and our dedicated Sales Training team
