As the Studio Producer & Design Manager, you will be accountable for leading the creative design studio to deliver measurable business value through creative excellence and streamlined operations. Working in close partnership with Heads of Marketing, Heads of Corporate Communications, and senior business stakeholders, the role leads the end-to-end delivery of creative projects that support enterprise-wide initiatives and marketing programs. Managing the end-to-end delivery process of all creative projects executed through the creative and content studio and our creative agency partners, this role will lead the team to deliver strategic alignment of creative to business objectives including effective prioritisation of briefs based on business value and driving maximum efficiency in operational processes across creative and production streams. 

This role oversees studio workflow and prioritisation, partnership with business units, and leads projects end-to-end from brief to delivery. You will ensure strong alignment to business objectives while delivering multiple projects efficiently, on time, and on budget. You will also manage external creative agencies and provide strategic leadership to ensure all outputs are market‑leading, brand‑aligned, and commercially impactful.

Our Studio Producer & Design Manager requires strong team leadership, advanced business acumen, senior stakeholder engagement, and expert-level oversight of project and workflow management. A deep understanding of creative and production processes, across both design and copy, is essential to drive quality, efficiency, and impact.

You’ll Have:

  • Minimum 7 years in agency or in-house client side
  • University Degree in Arts or Design, or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Proven creative leadership and broad experience across graphic design and the digital industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team
  • Strong understanding and active engagement with emerging trends in design, applying them to creative solutions across all platforms
  • Experience in an agency, studio or in-house environment, delivering both offline and digital collateral
  • Experience leading a team with diverse skillsets and varying levels of experience.
    • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and workflows concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft
