Our Vacation Program
As a Vacation Student in the Restructuring & Recovery team, you will get a head start on your career by obtaining valuable practical experience during your university break.

In our Restructuring & Recovery division, we specialise in:
- Corporate insolvency, liquidation and debt solutions;
- Personal insolvency, bankruptcy and debt resolution strategies;
- Restructuring and Safe Harbour;
- Dispute resolution;
- Conducting comprehensive corporate health checks and viability reviews for sustained growth;
- PPSA and security reviews;
- Asset protection and proactively managing risks through comprehensive risk reviews.
When does it start?
Depending on the division you apply for, the vacation program will start in late 2026 or early 2027.

Who you are:
The Restructuring & Recovery team at RSM are interested in motivated and enthusiastic Vacation Students who possess the following skillsets and experiences:
- Penultimate year students completing Commerce/Law degree with Accounting/Business Law/Economics/Finance majors. Open to STEM;
- Willingness to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as an enthusiasm to learn;
- A can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth;
- Australian citizen, permanent resident, or visa holder with full working rights in Aus.
