Our Vacation ProgramAs a Vacation Student in the Tax Services division, you will get a head start on your career by obtaining valuable practical experience during your university break.

In the Tax Services division, we specialise in:
- Revolutionary strategies for base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS);
- GST consulting and compliance;
- Human resource tax solutions;
- Income tax consulting;
- Tax risk management;
- Tax compliance;
- Tax planning and transaction support.
Tax Services at RSM includes a wide variety of teams that serve our clients in all areas of tax and tax compliance. Your vacationer program will take place in one of these teams. These include:
- Corporate Tax
- Global Employer Services
- Research & Development Tax
- International Tax & Transfer Pricing
- Indirect Tax
Depending on the division you apply for, the vacation program will start in late 2026 or early 2027.
About you:
Who you are:- Currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Law;
- You are in your penultimate year of study at university;
- Have strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues;
- Can contribute to a team dynamic and bring your unique skills and ideas to the table;
- A can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
