As Supervisor, Payroll Services, you’ll lead the delivery of accurate, timely payroll services in compliance with all policies, legislation, and audit requirements. You’ll manage and develop the BAU Payroll Team, optimize payroll system functionality, and drive continuous process improvements aligned with our Payroll Services strategy. Collaboration with business stakeholders is key, and you’ll also play an active role in supporting projects and transformation initiatives within the payroll environment. Please note this is a 24-month fixed term contract. 

You’ll have:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a comparable role
  • Proven payroll leadership experience with strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory obligations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation capability to balance business priorities and client needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and mentor a high‑performing team
  • High level of organisational skills, initiative, and self‑motivation to manage competing priorities
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including Excel and payroll systems; experience with intelligent process automation is highly regarded
