What will your role be?
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment? As a Supplier Quality Coordinator, you’ll support the management of supplier standards across raw materials, packaging, and critical service providers, helping ensure everything we source meets Diageo’s high expectations for quality, safety, and risk management. You’ll work closely with procurement, production, and quality teams to track supplier performance, assist with onboarding, and monitor high-risk ingredients and materials, ensuring every batch meets our world-class standards.
What does this role look like for you?
In this role, you’ll build your expertise in supplier quality and gain hands-on experience across the full beverage supply chain. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Learn how to onboard and manage suppliers, materials, and co-manufacturers while understanding their impact on product quality
- Develop skills in evaluating supplier performance and tracking key quality metrics
- Gain experience in identifying and resolving non-conformances, strengthening your problem-solving capabilities
- Support and coordinate internal and supplier audits, building confidence in compliance and risk management
- Maintain accurate and auditable documentation, enhancing your attention to detail and regulatory knowledge
- Apply quality and risk assessment frameworks, including HACCP and VACCP, to real-world scenarios
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, such as raw material shelf-life management and continuous improvement initiatives, broadening your understanding of end-to-end operations
What will you bring to the table?
We’re looking for someone with curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow in quality:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or related field
- Some experience with HACCP or VACCP preferred
- Exposure to quality audits or risk management in FMCG, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries a plus
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
