Ecolab is proud to launch our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program. This position is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to supply chain management, with rotations that may include manufacturing, engineering, procurement, logistics and quality, with a focus on leadership development. The program spans 5 to 6 years, with rotations every 18-24 months, allowing you to gain diverse experience and develop leadership skills in various aspects of supply chain management.
About the role:

  • Begin your journey embedded in the business and supply chain, initially starting in procurement 

  • Participate in an 18 to 24-month rotation, gaining hands-on experience in procurement and other supply chain functions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain efficiency and innovation.

  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that support Ecolab's business objectives.

  • Develop leadership skills through mentorship and professional development opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  • A master's degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to learning and development.

  • Passion for supply chain management and a desire to grow within the field
