Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on, Supply Chain Manager to lead our Warehouse, Production, and Refurbishment (Repair Loop) operations for TOMRA Collection Australia (TCA) on a fixed term basis until end of July 2027.
This is a pivotal role ensuring stock availability for service and installation programmes, driving end-to-end inventory management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
This role is located at our Arndell Park warehouse with interstate travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performance, safety-first culture in line with TOMRA SAFE standards.
- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including forecasting, warehousing, logistics, and refurbishment.
- Drive the Repair Loop strategy, minimising turnaround time and maximising yield and quality.
- Collaborate with State General Managers, PMO, and Site Implementation, and to ensure pipeline readiness and inventory for planned installs and projects.
- Proactively identify risks and variances in forecasts, escalating as needed to enable timely mitigation.
- Champion sustainability in procurement, transport, and parts salvage to support TOMRA’s Planet goals.
- Manage national logistics, carrier performance, and customs/clearance support.
- Lead process improvements across purchasing, warehousing, production, and refurbishment.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, audit requirements, and TOMRA SAFE Management System.
- Provide accurate, actionable reporting and maintain data integrity in TOMRA’s ERP (IFS).
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in warehouse and/or logistics management, with strong inventory control and forecasting capability.
- ERP proficiency (IFS preferred) and a disciplined approach to data governance.
- People leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Commercial acumen, cost and risk management, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Audit readiness and compliance expertise.
- Background checks will include a federal police check, references and pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
