About the RoleWe're seeking a strategic and highly operational Supply Chain Operations Manager for ANZ. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, ANZ, you'll lead our end-to-end supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role requires a leader who can drive continuous improvement and effectively grow and manage a team of two.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Managing the end-to-end logistics service to fulfil the demand from both our B2B and B2C customers
Lead the team to manage daily logistics operation including warehousing and transportation with 3PL to fulfil customer orders
Own the resolution to manage the daily operation exceptions
Manage the logistics resource and capacity planning with 3PL to fulfil the demand fluctuation during peak and promo seasons
Manage the logistics SOP to drive the operation compliance with 3PL
Manage the reverse logistics, regular review of the return policy and assess the risk and opportunity to drive operation efficiency, compliance, and brand protection
Initiate projects to enhance the operation reliability and stability
Deliver the targets set for Logistics Operation (OTIF, Deliver to Promise, etc)
Work with Region for the annual supplier RFQ process and relevant contract management
Own the logistics spending, drive the cost saving project to achieve the annual saving target
Own the logistics systems, actively adapt new techniques to achieve higher logistics efficiency and visibility
Own the inventory management and make sure root cause is investigated and continuous improvement is implemented
Engaging with internal/external parties to drive the business needs
Customs engagement to understand the regulation and industry knowledge
Management of Special Operations: quality reworks, late configuration reworks, replacement of damaged packaging, bundling, in/out trade material
Ensure the e-commerce delivery experience is optimised
To be successful in this role you will have strong people management experience, be result-oriented with good problem solving skills and have the ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Previous skills & experience:
Solid experience in supply chain or logistics management
Logistics experience in an e-Commerce field or FMCG industry is a plus
Experience in LEAN logistics management and project management is preferred
Good knowledge of logistics systems, e.g. WMS, SAP is a plus
