G’day, we’re Mosh & Moshy

Our mission is to get Aussies the best possible health outcomes through best-in-class health programs. We know the current healthcare system isn’t meeting the needs of the modern Australian, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way.

Our programs across hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health and weight management are designed to be accessible, discreet and genuinely helpful – combining technology, medical expertise and thoughtful customer experience to improve healthcare outcomes at scale.

More than a job

At Mosh & Moshy, operations aren’t something that sit quietly in the background – they’re a critical part of the customer experience.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Supply Chain & Pharmacy Logistics Lead to oversee the flow and distribution of orders across our growing ecosystem of manufacturers, suppliers, pharmacies, warehouses and logistics partners. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on building scalable, efficient and customer-centric operational processes that support both business growth and an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience and Marketing, while also managing key external partnerships across pharmacy, manufacturing and logistics.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational complexity, improving systems and driving continuous optimisation in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Lead supply chain, logistics and pharmacy fulfilment operations across the business
  • Lead local and remote team members; setting goals, developing and ensuring accountability
  • Oversee the distribution and flow of orders between manufacturers, suppliers, pharmacies, warehouses and customers
  • Manage supplier and pharmacy partnerships, ensuring alignment with service expectations, quality standards and operational efficiency
  • Drive scalable and cost-effective B2B and B2C distribution strategies
  • Manage the quality and consistency of compounded and custom-manufactured products
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and continuous improvement across operational processes
  • Use data and forecasting to improve supply chain performance, scalability and decision-making
  • Own and execute OKRs across supply chain and pharmacy fulfilment functions
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to support operational growth and business priorities

Your experience

We’re looking for someone who is operationally strong, commercially minded and comfortable leading within a fast-moving environment.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience leading supply chain, logistics or fulfilment operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership experience
  • A track record of improving operational efficiency, scalability and performance
  • Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational execution
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a growing business
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a strong bias toward optimisation and innovation

Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare or highly regulated environments is highly regarded.

What’s on offer

  • Flexible working arrangements available – remote within Australia, or hybrid from our Surry Hills office for Sydney-based employees.
  • Access to ongoing learning and development
  • Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Product discounts
  • Two additional paid leave days during our annual office closure
  • Purpose leave (mental health or L&D)
  • EAP and wellbeing support
  • ClassPass discount
  • The opportunity to help shape operational scale within one of Australia’s fastest-growing digital health brands

Better, together

We value diversity of thought, background and perspective. Even if you don’t meet every requirement listed above, we still encourage you to apply. We care just as much about curiosity, adaptability and leadership potential as we do about experience on paper.

Come help us shape the future of healthcare at Mosh & Moshy.
