What will your role be?

Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, diverse team that ensures our consumers can enjoy Diageo's exceptional products year-round? As a Supply Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless flow of our diverse product range—from imports to local production and third-party manufacturing.

This is an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

What does this role look like for you?

  • Collaborate & Influence: You'll work with an energetic team to build robust relationships with internal partners and external suppliers. Your influence will be key in optimising inventory levels across ANZ.
  • Masterful Execution: You'll manage on-time, in-full supply execution, ensuring timely replenishment of finished goods while balancing service levels, costs, and inventory. Your planning will ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
  • End-to-End Visionary: This is your chance to take an end-to-end network view across Diageo’s beloved product range. Be the vital link between Imports planning, local operations, and the wider Diageo business.
  • Drive Insights & Innovation: Engage with a broad spectrum of collaborators and harness your insights to enhance product availability and customer service across our network. Your contributions will drive meaningful improvements in how we deliver excellence.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Demonstrated experience in the FMCG industry;
  • Proficiency with planning and replenishment systems, particularly SAP;
  • Experience in demand or supply planning, procurement, or strategic sourcing;
  • Proven ability to address stock outages and delivery issues promptly;
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail in inventory management;
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement; and
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, planners, and stakeholders.
