Job Description :
Who are we?
From humble beginnings to extraordinary futures, Diageo is centred on crafting incredible stories of ambitious possibilities. From our iconic global brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Tanqueray and Don Julio, to our local homegrown heroes Bundaberg Rum, Ello and Mr Black, we are a team of pioneers, looking to lead the future of our industry and brands from today. At Diageo, you will be a chosen custodian of our brand portfolio, entrusted with building brands for consumers to celebrate with in the moments that matter. Alongside you will be a group of ambitious, passionate and innovative people, who will help you to achieve extraordinary heights. Together, you will help us create a future worth celebrating.
What will your role be?
As the Supply Planner – Third Party Operations (TPO) & Exports, you’ll sit at the heart of our extended planning ecosystem, owning supply plans across external manufacturing partners and a growing export portfolio.
This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, thrives on collaboration and is excited by the opportunity to influence outcomes beyond a single site. You’ll balance service, inventory and cost while partnering closely with internal teams, third-party manufacturers and international partners across the Asia Pacific region and beyond.
You’ll also play an active role in Diageo’s supply planning transformation — including the evolution of planning systems and processes — making this a brilliant opportunity to grow both technical depth and commercial acumen.
What does this role look like for you?
Build and deliver robust mid- to long-term supply plans across third-party operations and export markets including New Zealand & the Pacific Islands
Optimise inventory health across raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods, balancing service, cash and risk
Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Innovation teams to enable seamless end-to-end supply
Lead and contribute to weekly planning forums, proactively identifying risks, constraints and opportunities
Support IBP and Supply Review processes through clear insights, scenario analysis and recommendations
Contribute to supply planning transformation initiatives, including system enhancements (S/4HANA and OMP)
What will you bring to the table?
2–5 years’ experience in Supply Planning, ideally within FMCG, beverage or pharmaceutical environments
Strong analytical capability with confidence turning data into actionable insights
A collaborative approach with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience working with ERP and planning systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA, APO or similar)
Advanced Excel skills and exposure to BI tools (Power BI or SAP BI highly regarded)
Curiosity, resilience and a desire to grow — both personally and within a transforming supply chain
