Please include a short paragraph at the top of your CV explaining why you want to work for Stryker.What you’ll do as a Supply Planner- Optimize inventory to avoid excess while meeting service KPIs
Procure finished goods from global suppliers, manage changes, and track ETAs
Solve supply issues quickly, provide ETAs, and coordinate substitutions
Manage inbound freight, drive cost savings, and resolve warehouse challenges
Plan portfolio needs including safety stock, MOQs, and product lifecycles
Influence demand planning through the monthly IBP cycle
Support continuous improvement through lean initiatives and strong process management
Minimum Requirements
2+ years in supply chain, planning, procurement, or production
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
ERP experience and proficiency in Excel
High level stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
ISO9001/13485 familiarity and Lean or APICS certifications (a plus)
Proficiency in PowerBI
