About the Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in our purchasing team. You’ll cover the procurement for a portfolio of Suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels across our dental and medical business, so we’re looking for someone who can work confidently in a changing environment, bring structure, and improve processes.

In this role, you’ll ensure we have the right products available by working closely with suppliers to maintain strong supply levels. Your key responsibilities include purchasing, inventory management, and replenishment, and you’ll act as the main point of contact for suppliers. You’ll also collaborate with Brand Managers, Customer Care, our Distribution Centre, and the Demand & Inventory team, playing an important role in our overall success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in supply chain, ideally with 3+ years in supply planning.

  • Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, business or a related field are great to have, but not essential.

  • Familiarity with ERP and demand planning systems (Pronto and E3 experience is a bonus).

  • Experience with overseas shipping or freight forwarding.

  • Someone who is comfortable speaking up, proactive, and confident using their initiative.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with both internal teams and external suppliers.

  • A basic understanding of distribution centre operations.

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills — especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
