We're a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our customer operation support team. You'll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Support Engineer, you will help customers solve their technical issues, guide them through changes, and manage their needs and requests. You’ll be a key point of contact, listening to clients, providing answers, and coordinating with other teams to deliver the right solutions at the right time. Good communication skills, independent thinking, and a problem-solving mindset are your most important assets in this position. THE OPPORTUNITY
- Time zone - US - 9 am MST start or EMEA - 9 am CET start
- Work directly with our customers’ administrators to investigate, resolve issues, identify root causes, and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with our developers, DBAs, and cloud engineers to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and bug fixes.
- Assist configuration engineers and cross-functional teams in addressing customer problems.
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base and AI assistant by sharing solutions and insights.
- Occasionally engage in coding or configuration to expand your technical skill set.
- Willingness to learn the pricing domain and understand our customers’ business needs.
- A proactive, responsible approach with strong self-management—no micromanagement required.
- A team player who actively shares experience and seeks and provides support when needed.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of quality, independence, and accountability.
- Passion for DevOps, problem-solving, and delivering impactful solutions.
THE SKILLSET
- 2-4 years of work experience in a technical support or equivalent role.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Experience using issue trackers (e.g., Jira, Salesforce ServiceCloud).
- Core SQL skills (2+ years recommended), relational database knowledge, execution plans.
- Familiarity with Git (via GitHub, BitBucket, Azure DevOps).
- REST API knowledge (HTTP methods, JSON, authentication, REST principles).
- Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
- Practical exposure to scripting/programming:
- Preferred: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Additional Advantage: Standard .NET stack (.NET 9, ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, C#).
