Sustainability Reporting Advisor

Job Description Summary

As a Sustainability Reporting Advisor, you’ll be a key contributor to our integrated facilities and property management contract. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality environmental reporting and performance analytics. Your insights will help shape decisions across energy, water, waste, and clean energy initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver environmental performance reports (carbon footprint, energy, waste, water).

  • Support mandatory legislative reporting (e.g. NGERS, NPI).

  • Maintain and troubleshoot environmental data systems (e.g. Envizi).

  • Analyse environmental trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate across property planning, lease management, procurement, and upgrade projects.

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought leadership.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in reporting practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, engineering, or related discipline.

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in environmental reporting or data analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Envizi highly regarded.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
