THE ROLE:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being one of the main points of contact for employee mobility:
- Work with international IMC offices on incoming and outgoing employees and seek approvals from business leaders
- Prepare documentation related to incoming and outgoing employees
- Liaise with other departments as required (Legal, Finance) and external stakeholders (relocation specialist services)
- Provide assistance with insurance policy setup and rental leases where required.
- Being one of the main points of contact for employee visas:
- Liaise with our external immigration lawyers for immigration advice and for processing and progress reports of employee visas. Communicating progress back to relevant stakeholders within IMC.
- Complete application information and documentation for employee visas.
- Advise visiting employees from other offices on their visa needs to enter the APAC offices.
- Work together with the other HR Generalist on twice-yearly tax assistance listings to our tax advisors.
- Maintain and manage relationships with external providers. Including relocation specialist services, health and wellbeing providers, tax advisors.
- Responsible for integral HR Operations functions for BAU, particularly in relation to HRIS administration (Workday), induction/onboarding of new hires (as required).
- Assist with local and global HR projects as assigned.
- Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues and queries, including management of HR Operations shared mailbox.
- Provide support for key cyclical processes such as summer internship, Graduate intakes, performance and salary review.
- Complete adhoc reporting from Workday and the analytics dashboard, as required by the HR Business Partners / internal stakeholders.
- Provide a high level of service to the broader HR teams (e.g. HR Business Partners and Recruitment), ensuring information is shared in relation to HR Operations related topics.
- Work together with the HR Operations Manager to suggest improvements to processes, policies and current initiatives, to enhance our performance driven organisation particularly around quality, delivery and cost optimisation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business or related field;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Generalist HR role or Shared Services role in a progressive, high touch, fast paced environment;
- Experience using HRIS systems, Workday preferred;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be able work in fast paced, complex environment with sensitivity to confidential and proprietary information;
- Must be able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively;
- Be part of a fun and energetic team that is results oriented, self-motivated and driven.
