We are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant (Contractor) to support the planning, coordination, and seamless delivery of Learning & Development programs across APAC. Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end coordination and administration of L&D programs, including participant management, scheduling, venue logistics, facilitator liaison, communications, and evaluation tracking.
- Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives across APAC (Sydney, Hong Kong, and Korea), including support for traineeship and internship programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to scope requirements, coordinate delivery, and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Maintain L&D governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Analyse program feedback and data to identify trends and provide insights to HR and business leaders.
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience providing administrative or coordination support within Learning & Development, HR, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking full ownership of tasks from initiation through to completion.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and regions.
