The Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of all Learning and Development programs across APAC. Working in close partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), this role ensures our people are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
You will manage a portfolio of training programs, ensuring development initiatives are impactful, scalable, and sustainable. With responsibility for the APAC region (currently ~350 employees across Sydney and Korea, with a growing presence in Hong Kong), this role offers the opportunity to shape learning at scale while maintaining strong connection to the business and its evolving needs.
Your Core Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of L&D projects, from delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. There may be needs analysis and design work from time to time.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritising workload and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
  • Work with managers and HR Business Partners to drive engagement, adoption, and accountability for learning outcomes.
  • Manage external vendors and facilitators, including scoping, contracting, and quality assurance of deliverables.
  • Maintain L&D governance frameworks, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality across learning initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience managing learning or capability development projects in a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring learning impact and using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
