About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and friendly Systems Administrator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our business growth and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and software applications.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot user issues.
- Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Participate in IT project planning and implementation.
- Document system configurations and procedures.
Key Skills & Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, cable tie and document all assets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT.
- In-depth knowledge of managing Google Workspaces, Azure AD, Slack & Zoom including but not limited to MDM and custom app deployments.
- Experience with EDR/EDTR management.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Optionally Desired Systems Experience:
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Experience with back-end web development and architecture.
- GCP or AWS experience.
