About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Systems Administrator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our business growth and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and software applications.
  • Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Participate in IT project planning and implementation.
  • Document system configurations and procedures.

 

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, cable tie and document all assets.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT.
  • In-depth knowledge of managing Google Workspaces, Azure AD, Slack & Zoom including but not limited to MDM and custom app deployments.
  • Experience with EDR/EDTR management.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

 

Optionally Desired Systems Experience:

  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Experience with back-end web development and architecture.
  • GCP or AWS experience.
