Systems Assurance Engineer
Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
- Promote the adoption of systems engineering principles, tools, and techniques throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and manage system assurance activities to meet project requirements.
- Support the development of requirements deliverables, including RAATM and RVTM.
- Audit and monitor project compliance with requirements and safety assurance standards.
- Guide and review systems assurance deliverables from design teams and suppliers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are verified and validated.
- Address deficiencies, monitor non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain system configuration and process documentation.
Minimum Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering and Assurance in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Experience in requirements management tool e.g. DOORs, Jira, Jama, Relatics or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in change control management tools and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
- Used to implement and work under the principles of AS/NZS ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 standard.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint and PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
