Role Summary
As a Tableau Developer at Belron International, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our global business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support operational efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance.
This role demands a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in Tableau, and a passion for storytelling through data. You’ll be instrumental in enabling data transparency and empowering stakeholders with the tools they need to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development: Design and build intuitive, visually compelling Tableau dashboards tailored to business needs across markets.
Data Integration: Connect Tableau to diverse data sources (SQL, cloud platforms, Excel, etc.) and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and decision-makers to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance dashboard performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
Data Governance: Uphold data quality standards and contribute to best practices in data visualization and reporting.
Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to business users on Tableau usage and self-service analytics.
