About the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support growth in our AI, data, and data governance consulting business. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across Data Engineering, Data Governance, and AI Engineering roles using market mapping, targeted outreach, and disciplined follow-up to keep hiring moving.
You will partner closely with the Head of People and hiring managers, acting as the sourcing engine behind multiple concurrent recruitment processes and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
What you will do…- Act as the main contact for sourcing and outreach, keeping talent pipelines active, following up on stalled searches, and updating team member on progress
- Conduct telephone screens and provide detailed overviews including experience, motivation, availability, salary expectations, and alignment to role
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, maintaining accuracy, transparency, and compliance across high-volume roles
- Support the review of ad responses on high-volume and routine recruitment processes, ensuring fast and consistent shortlisting
- Identify Open to Work talent and run targeted outreach campaigns aligned to role requirements and priority skills
- Train leaders on best practices for viewing candidate lists, outreach, and follow-up, and monitor outreach activity and response rates to ensure sourcing efforts are effective
- Track LinkedIn Recruiter search activity and ensure agreed actions progress, maintaining visibility of pipeline health and next steps
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role, either agency or in-house
- Strong communication skills for candidate engagement and stakeholder partnering
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Able to track activity rigorously and maintain sourcing momentum through structured follow-up
- High attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing and market mapping, with a strong research-first approach
