We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Ideally based in Sydney but we’re also open to Perth-based candidates.
What You’ll Do - Doctor recruitment!
This is a true end-to-end recruitment role. You’ll own the journey for our Dentists, Hygienists and Oral Health Therapists from first contact to first day:
- Proactively source and headhunt great clinical talent
- Screen candidates and manage interviews and offers
- Partner with hiring leaders to solve recruitment challenges
- Coordinate contract generation and pre-employment requirements
- Manage the onboarding journey through to commencement
- Build talent pipelines for future opportunities
- Represent NDC at conferences, universities and industry events

Dental or healthcare experience is a bonus — but a great positive attitude, drive and willingness to learn are what really matter.
