As we enter this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be a partner to our recruiters and a key point of contact for candidates, helping to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience from start to finish.

You’ll be responsible for managing complex interview scheduling, coordinating with hiring teams, and handling sensitive documentation such as offer letters, NDAs, and background checks with precision and confidentiality.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and takes pride in supporting others. You’ll become a subject matter expert in our applicant tracking system and scheduling tools, and have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with HR and other internal teams. 

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience 
  • Schedule and coordinate complex interviews, communicating logistics and confirming details with both candidates and interviewers
  • Become a subject matter expert in GoodTime, Google Calendar, Zoom and other systems used in scheduling; troubleshoot and problem solve when issues arise 
  • Set up candidates and interviewers for success through proactive communication and clear documentation of schedules
  • Partner with Executive Assistants as needed to complete executive level scheduling with efficiency and confidentiality
  • Adapt quickly to last-minute changes, managing reschedules and conflicts with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support candidates through the assessment process, providing the assessment links and clear instructions, preparation materials, and reminders to ensure an efficient process
Recruiting Operations & Systems
  • Complete all assigned job setups and maintain requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring accuracy and consistency across job postings and interview plans
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Greenhouse; manage and update candidate records as needed, complete edits or revisions to job requisitions and posts, and close out all reqs post-offer
  • Assist in the administration of GoodTime; help recruiters with troubleshooting, assist with training, and updates to optimize tool usage and efficiency 
  • Launch background checks, and send Offer Letters, Wage Notices, NDAs, ERCAs and other documents as needed in a timely manner 
  • Create and send Workplace Discovery Assessments to new hires and follow ups as needed to ensure completion
  • Update and maintain recruiting resources (candidate collateral, selling documents, benefits 1-pagers), as well as all Slack resources and templates 
  • Complete all GDPR/CCPA data management tasks in Greenhouse 
  • Assist the Sr Manager, TA Ops with documentation of process updates and changes
  • Partner with the Sr Manager, TA Ops to complete any assigned projects
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 0-1 years professional working experience; experience in coordination and scheduling preferred
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Drive, Calendar, and Zoom preferred; experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems are a plus 
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills; able to break down complex problems and identify effective solutions
  • Strong situational awareness and judgment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, aligning with shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly present information and adapt communication style appropriately

LogicMonitor is dedicated to fostering a culture of transparency and fairness, including our commitment to pay transparency. We provide the base salary ranges for all positions posted within the United States. 

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, your package will also include, but is not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, generous parental leave policies, access to our Employee Assistance Program and various Wellness programs, a 401K with company matching, a learning and development stipend, and an unlimited vacation policy. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$48,510$60,000 USD
