Position Summary

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be playing a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment strategies and frameworks to attract top talent to Samsung Australia.
You will be developing & implementing recruitment solutions across the total business including Sales, Marketing, Product and our key enablement functions. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a seamless and effective hiring experience that aligns with Samsung Australia’s growth plans & culture.

Role and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify both short- and long-term hiring needs to fulfil Samsung Australia’s current and future talent requirements
  • Coach business leaders and key stakeholders on their responsibilities in the hiring process
  • Oversee the end to end candidate selection process, including job briefing, interview training and offer management
  • Build trusted relationships with all hiring managers across the business to influence best recruitment practice across Samsung Australia
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Actively engage in building strategic talent pipeline to ensure talent competitiveness for critical positions
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and working internally to drive brand awareness and advocacy
  • Lead & coach a small team of internal recruiters, setting clear objectives & direction to encourage professional growth
  • Partner with our regional colleagues to deliver consistent experiences across Asia Pacific
  • Other additional duties and responsibilities as directed within Talent Acquisition locally or from regional level

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a proven track record within an in-house recruitment environment as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner/Manager/Lead
  • Capacity to lead the end to end recruitment cycle and manage large volumes of roles
  • Understand business commercial settings including prior experience in recruiting Sales, Category/Product & Marketing roles within a specific industry
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a deep understanding of external talent market conditions & trends
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced commercial corporate environment
  • Previous people leadership experience is preferable
  • Prior experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Workday)
  • Ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder expectations and multiple competing priorities
  • Focus on delivery of service. Solution oriented with a positive and driven mindset

*All roles in Samsung Australia are expected to be performed on site, in the office, for a minimum of 4 days per week
