We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the talent acquisition team to be true talent partners across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our workforce and curate a positive candidate experience.

About the role

This hands-on role will include delivering on key senior searches while identifying operational efficiencies across the recruitment process that inspire memorable candidate experiences. This will suit a passionate and customer centric, leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to driving meaningful change.

In addition, you will:

  • Lead, coach and inspire the TA consultants to deliver memorable hiring experiences

  • Drive and facilitate change initiatives that align with the ever-evolving organisational needs from a talent acquisition perspective.

  • Drive our D&I approach from a talent acquisition lens

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement

  • Oversee all operational activities and project manage key priorities and initiatives ensuring effective change processes and successful outcomes

  • Provide thought leadership on the overall candidate experience for RBA

  • Manage external recruitment agency and vendor relationships

  • Lead the development and implementation of best-practice graduate and intern recruitment programs

About you

  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role in a complex organisation

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, influence, and communicate with key stakeholders across the Bank.

  • Strong planning, operational, change management and project leadership abilities.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop your team, contributing to driving an open and dynamic, high-performance culture.

  • An adaptable leader with strong attention to detail and proven success driving key business outcomes.
