Job Requirements
- +5 years of experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) recruiting for a fast-growing, globally recognised SaaS company.
- Demonstrable on-site/internal recruiting experience within high-growth or fast-scaling environments, ideally in the tech or SaaS space.
- You have the know-how to come up with creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent and know your way around different sourcing tools.
- Proven experience in delivering full-cycle / end to end recruiting, you should be confident in slotting into a high performing team.
- Demonstrated and proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple requisitions/roles with an extremely high standard of accuracy and precision.
- A keen interest in staying in the know in the Tech industry, adopting new recruitment and other HRTech tools.
- Deep understanding of the APJ talent landscape, with demonstrable experience recruiting across Australia and broader Asia-Pacific regions, especially within commercial, sales, and go-to-market roles.
- Be exceptionally client-focused, partnering with both our business leaders, hiring managers and external candidates to deliver a first-class experience for all stakeholders.
- Strong communicator and storyteller, able to represent HiBob's brand with authenticity and enthusiasm both online and in person.

- Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Play a key role in strengthening HiBob's employer brand in the APJ region through storytelling, social media engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- Share market insights and use analytics to track progress and influence recruiting processes and direction.
- Search and headhunt top talent across a wide range of roles using different talent acquisition tools and techniques.
- Represent our brand externally, making sure you tell our story and vision!
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and market insights to shape hiring decisions.
- Provide insights to stakeholders on the market and advise on how to attract the best talent to Hibob.
- Collaborate with the team to design and execute innovative recruiting campaigns, events, and meetups that promote HiBob's brand and attract top talent.
