As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of roles, building strong relationships with leaders to deliver great hiring outcomes.
You’ll use your sourcing skills to find the right talent, create positive candidate experiences, and learn from an experienced team along the way. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is ready to grow their career in recruitment.
This will be a full time, 12-month contract position based in the Newcastle office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of roles, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver quality, timely hiring outcomes.
Source and engage talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social channels to build strong talent pipelines.
Promote EML’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain great people.
Support recruitment projects and process improvements that make hiring faster and more effective.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and uphold service standards across every hire.
ABOUT YOU
At least 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or internal).
Strong sourcing skills across job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels.
Confident stakeholder management with the ability to build trust and rapport.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
