About this role

Join our national Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, supporting us in building strong talent pipelines across priority skill sets. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to map the market, engage candidates and keep hiring activity moving.

This is a full-time, 6-month contract role, presenting a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a set period, with the possibility for continued involvement beyond the initial term depending on business needs.

This role is central to enabling our client‑facing leaders to use LinkedIn Recruiter effectively and drive proactive sourcing across competitor firms and adjacent industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Build detailed market maps across competitors and adjacent industries
  • Identify “Open to Work” talent and run targeted outreach
  • Train leaders on best practices for viewing candidate lists, outreach, and follow-up, while monitoring outreach activity and response rates to ensure sourcing efforts are effective
  • Track LinkedIn search activity and ensure agreed actions progress
  • Act as the main contact for sourcing and outreach, keeping talent pipelines active, following up on stalled searches, and updating Recruiters on progress.
  • Support to review ad response on high-volume and routine recruitment processes
  • Conduct telephone screens and provide detailed candidate overviews

Skills & experience

  • Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or similar role
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing and market mapping
  • Confident training stakeholders on tools and outreach
  • Strong communication for candidate and stakeholder engagement
  • Able to track activity and maintain sourcing momentum
