Stake is seeking a driven and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us at our Bondi Junction HQ, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) on a 12-month fixed term contract.

About this role
Stake is in an exciting high-growth phase, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to step in and make an impact during a key milestone era. This role isn’t just about maintaining momentum—it’s about driving innovation in how we attract, hire, and retain top talent. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take ownership of leading recruitment end-to-end with some of our most brilliant creative functions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience while building high-performing teams. We need someone who can hit the ground running, bring fresh ideas, and refine our processes to support Stake’s ambitious growth.

You will be

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and strategically
  • Delivering a great candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
  • Elevating Stake’s employer brand through creative and innovative hiring initiatives
  • Leveraging market insights and recruitment data to optimize decision-making and hiring strategies
  • Maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving our talent processes.

A bit about you

  • Proven experience in in-house recruitment, ideally in a high-growth financial services or tech environment
  • A proactive recruiter who brings fresh ideas to sourcing and hiring
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
  • Data-driven, using hiring insights to refine and enhance recruitment strategies
  • Passionate about building and scaling world-class teams in a fast-moving business
  • Ready to step in, adapt quickly, and drive impact during this exciting growth-phase
