Recruitment at Stryker

At Stryker, we’re passionate about finding the right people to join our team. We take a strengths-based approach, looking beyond experience to uncover a candidate’s talents, motivations, and potential.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contract to support our high-volume hiring and sourcing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

What you’ll do

  • Screen and assess candidates for high-volume roles, ensuring we bring in the best talent.

  • Proactively source for hard-to-fill roles, using a variety of channels and creative sourcing strategies.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TABPs) and hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

  • Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, keeping them engaged and ensuring a great experience.

  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Stay on top of market trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve how we attract talent.

What we’re looking for

  • A people person – you’re naturally curious about what motivates candidates and know how to engage them.

  • A proactive sourcer – you don’t wait for applications; you go out and find the best talent.

  • An adaptable multitasker – you can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • A recruitment enthusiast – experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house) is a plus but not essential.

  • A tech-savvy recruiter – experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, SEEK, or similar platforms is preferred.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a global organisation and develop your recruitment skills. If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
