As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of two talent professionals within our broader HR department, working collaboratively across the organisation to identify and attract outstanding individuals who will help propel CMC Markets forward.

You'll source talent across diverse business units including Marketing, Sales, Client Services, Legal, Compliance, Business Operations, Finance and Technology whilst also contributing to key projects . This variety means you'll constantly expand your expertise, building deep knowledge across different functions whilst developing relationships with leaders throughout the business.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment success - from crafting compelling job advertisements and posting them strategically, through to shortlisting top candidates, conducting screening interviews, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and completing thorough reference checks
  • Master our technology stack - utilise Workday to manage and advertise roles effectively, ensuring seamless candidate experiences and efficient processes
  • Build talent pipelines - proactively source and engage passive candidates to create robust talent pools for current and future opportunities
  • Drive impactful projects focused on strengthening our EVP and developing future talent through graduate programs.
  • Partner with HR colleagues - share insights, provide support, and collaborate on strategic initiatives that enhance our talent acquisition approach
  • Cultivate hiring manager relationships - become the trusted recruitment partner that business leaders rely on for expert guidance and exceptional candidate delivery

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

  • 3+ years of Recruitment or Resourcing experience, with at least 1 year within an in-house environment.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.
  • Sourcing skills including Boolean searching techniques
  • Comfortable working on a variety of roles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full Australian working rights
