Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
- Based in a beautiful Osborne Park office, with 2 days’ WFH

- Growing company in an exciting phase of transformation and expansion
High-volume recruitment. Real responsibility. National scale.
At Civeo, our people keep remote operations running safely, efficiently, and every day. Recruitment plays a critical role in that success — balancing speed, quality, and consistency while supporting FIFO villages across Australia.
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Perth team, focused on high‑volume recruitment across Trades, Technical, and HSEQ roles. You’ll partner with leaders in a people‑first, inclusive organisation that genuinely values TA as a strategic function. This is an opportunity to step into a role with national scale, real influence, and the chance to shape how we attract talent during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
About the role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role within our pod‑based recruitment model, partnering closely with hiring leaders to ensure our FIFO operations continue to run safely and effectively. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role with national scale, where your work directly supports operational success.
You’ll own high‑volume recruitment across Trades, Technical and HSEQ roles, while building strong, long‑term stakeholder relationships based on trust, credibility, and results - not transactions. Success in this role comes from balancing pace with quality, influencing leaders, and delivering outcomes in a dynamic, operational environment where priorities shift and momentum matters.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys ownership, scale, and complexity, and who takes pride in delivering practical, transparent candidate experience, even at speed.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end, high‑volume recruitment for FIFO‑based roles, supporting our operations with care, consistency, and pace.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, improve selection processes, and reduce time to fill together.
- Deliver recruitment at scale, including sourcing, screening, interviews and offers, while working seamlessly with our mobilisation and onboarding teams.
- Ensure candidates feel informed, valued, and well supported at every stage of their recruitment journey.
- Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines to respond to changing workforce demand.
- Contribute to capability uplift across the team, sharing best practice and supporting consistency through collaboration, mentoring and knowledge‑sharing where needed.
Maintain strong compliance with legislation, policies, and internal standards, ensuring a fair and respectful process for everyone.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in high‑volume recruitment, ideally within FIFO environments including construction, hospitality, mining or similar operational environments.
- Confidence recruiting across a range of trades, HSEQ or similar roles with an understanding of the pace and demands involved.
- Ability to work at speed while maintaining structure, consistency, and sound recruitment practice.
- Confident in partnering with a range of stakeholders, balancing priorities and maintaining strong, productive relationships.
- Comfortable using Excel spreadsheets, ATS platforms, managing talent pools, and working with recruitment data and metrics.
- Experience supporting, coaching, or mentoring others within a recruitment or talent team is highly regarded.
- A practical, solutions‑focused approach, with the resilience to stay calm and effective in a fast‑moving environment.
What we offer:
- A flexible hybrid working model, designed to support balance and connection.
- A role with genuine scale and impact, where your work directly supports national operations.
- Access to a collaborative, national People & Culture team that values partnership, learning, and shared success.
- Supportive and engaged leadership, with a strong focus on enabling you to do your best work.
- Wellbeing‑focused benefits, aligned to our Move Well, Eat Well, Live Well, Be Well framework.
