We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our NSW team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. This is an initial 6 month contract with potential to go permanent.
What you'll be doing
Owning end-to-end recruitment across a diverse mix of roles within the NSW portfolio
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Proactively building talent pipelines and maintaining strong networks within the local market
Creating a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
Using data and insights to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring processes
Supporting employer brand initiatives and representing the company at events, fairs, and networking opportunities
Required Skills and Competencies
Experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or agency recruitment
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
A proactive sourcing mindset with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
A solutions‑focused attitude and the confidence to suggest new ideas and process improvements
