Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our NSW team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and enjoy creating standout candidate experiences, this is the role for you.

This is an initial 6 month contract with potential to go permanent.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning end-to-end recruitment across a diverse mix of roles within the NSW portfolio

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

  • Proactively building talent pipelines and maintaining strong networks within the local market

  • Creating a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding

  • Using data and insights to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring processes

  • Supporting employer brand initiatives and representing the company at events, fairs, and networking opportunities

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or agency recruitment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels

  • A proactive sourcing mindset with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people

  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

  • A solutions‑focused attitude and the confidence to suggest new ideas and process improvements
