About this role:

As a TA Partner in the APAC Talent Acquisition COE (Center of excellence) team, you are a subject matter expert who will be partnering with the business and the team to hire the best talent, driving business high performance culture and strategic direction.

You are responsible to deliver the hiring targets and improve hiring compliance & efficiency, by partnering with hiring managers and leveraging process, programs, strategic sourcing, and technology.

How you will do it:

  • Act as key account manager, partner with HR Solutions team / HRBP / business leaders to drive an efficient and effective recruitment strategies to deliver on the talent needs.

  • Assess hiring/pipeline metrics and recruiting processes to identify areas of improvement and provide recommended actions.

  • Leveraging data/market knowledge to drive consultative discussion. 

  • Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle during your daily work, including but not limited to requisition creation and tracking in Workday, job launching call, sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate gets onboard. 

  • Attract, identify candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through job boards and social media, graduate recruitment, etc.

  • Responsible for handling offer negotiation, reference check and other tasks required by on-board process.

  • Lead external recruitment fairs and events periodically, develop a strong recruitment network, business acumen and market intelligence.

  • Lead various recruitment projects as per request, such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, process and policy optimization, system optimization, graduate recruitment, etc.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor degree, with min of 6 years' experience in a recruitment role and partnering with the different organizations, or being a professional consultant from recruiting agency is also preferred

  • Ideally familiar with the building technology industry (HVAC, Controls, Fire & Security, etc.) or has strong Industrial company background. 

  • Ability to operate in a matrix and dynamic organization.

  • Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (field HR / business leaders) and influencing skills in leading and directing teams to achieve results.

  • Proven track record in fulfilling the assigned requisitions with the KPIs of lead time, cost per hire and customer satisfaction

  • Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skills.
