Job Description

Join TAL Australia as a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Partner on a 12-month contract (parental leave cover), starting late October. This role is your chance to work with passionate teams, senior stakeholders, and various business units, delivering top talent and helping us grow.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to selection, using tools like LinkedIn and SmartRecruiters. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and being a positive voice for our brand in the market is key. If you’ve got experience recruiting in life insurance or financial services, can design smart sourcing strategies, and want to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role you will: 

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, using LinkedIn campaigns and our CRM SmartRecruiters
  • Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, assessment and selection of internal and external talent
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive positive talent outcomes for our Group Life & Retirement, Finance and HR business units
  • Build and embed an inclusive environment that enables people to make a difference and reach their potential
  • Be a brand ambassador for TAL by continuing to build our employee brand in the external market, ensuring we’re recognised as an employer of choice

Qualifications

  • To be successful you will have strong commercial acumen along with:
  • End to end talent acquisition experience, within the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry
  • Experience designing and delivering strategic sourcing solutions to attract diverse talent
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders at of all levels of the organisation
  • Appreciation and commitment to a positive candidate experience, plus a real sense of teamwork, collaboration and having fun whilst you work
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset
