Job Description

Grow your career in Talent Acquisition alongside a supportive, high-performing team.

Are you ready to take the next step in your recruitment career and gain exposure to strategic Talent Acquisition in a collaborative and fast-paced environment? At TAL, we’re looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Talent team.

You’ll play a key role across multiple business areas. Working closely with experienced team members, you’ll gain hands-on experience and insight into the full recruitment lifecycle — from talent sourcing and employer branding to operational processes and stakeholder support.

 This role is perfect for someone early in their Talent Acquisition career who is eager to grow, learn, and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

In this role you will:  

  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities across various business units
  • Coordinating recruitment logistics, background checks, and system updates to ensure a seamless process
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to help attract top talent
  • Engaging with recruitment platforms and tools to build talent pipelines and learn sourcing strategies
  • Assisting and driving   operational recruitment reporting, projects, and process improvements across the Talent team

Qualifications

  • A can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to build a career in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from others
  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
