The opportunity
You’ll be part of a dynamic and passionate People & Culture team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive and engaged workplace culture and support the delivery of our talent and organisational development priorities.
How will you make an impact?
Play an integral role in the talent and succession review, working closely with the broader P&C team to develop and plan for review process, develop guidelines and communications for business leaders and collate and analyse data, developing insights and reporting.
Support the development and implementation of the employee experience and engagement roadmap, including results analysis and insights generation, reporting and communications.
Enable our diversity and inclusion ambitions, through supporting the diversity and inclusion programs, events, promotions and communications.
Lead continuous improvement opportunities across our talent acquisition and onboarding processes, to optimise our new employee experience.
Support the development of our Graduate & Internship Program,
About you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
A degree qualification in human resources preferred.
Experience in the development and delivery of talent and succession plans and initiatives.
Experience in the implementation of employee experience / engagement surveys, analysis, reporting and action planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes.
Ability to effectively utilise online reporting and surveying tools, analyse workforce data and management information to produce reports and inform recommendations.
