Our Global Talent Development team is accelerating development for exceptional employees across Adobe. We have a unique opportunity to shape the agenda globally; developing and delivering transformative experiences focused on leadership, change and scale for our people manager populations.

As a Talent Development Consultant and Program Manager, you will drive the utilization of strategic company-wide initiatives that have a real impact on advancing Adobe’s talent capabilities in our diverse region.  You will work as part of a regional Employee Experience team and a global Talent Development team to create and deliver high quality and high impact work.

Key focus areas include: organisation and facilitation of company-wide talent and development initiatives being delivered in our region; Accountability for the Professional Growth program which is focussed on the Individual Contributor audience and Regional leadership of the learning & development stream of our Diversity & Inclusion program; supporting content creation for live and virtual development programs in partnership with our global Talent Development team,  management of the Learning Management System data, evaluation surveys and reporting to support the Talent Development Operations of the APAC and Japan regions.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Program Manage the in-region Talent Development offerings for APAC and Japan: guide the program management from planning, stakeholder engagement, production & execution, data management and evaluation.

  • Management and Facilitation of the Professional Growth program in region designed for our Individual Contributor audience with a mix of group and virtual sessions – Career Fest event, Career Management Program, Manager Orientation (partner with ERC), Adobe for All, Check-In Enablement

  • Represent Talent Development on cross-functional Employee Experience (EX) team and D&I programs in region, i.e. Allyship program, Building Inclusion program.

  • Liaise with global Talent Development Operations team to ensure best practices, Learning Management System (LMS) adoption, data accuracy, knowledge management and reporting processes are in place.Ensure the Employee Resource Centre (ERC) team is equipped with updated materials to facilitate the Manager Orientation program and be equipped to advise employees on the Talent Development programs available at Adobe

  • Contribute to the Global Talent Development team forums and projects as required – namely Asia Pacific & Japan region or with our global teams, for example the Career Management Program design and/or Talent Management efforts. 

  • Maintain the accuracy of information on Adobe’s intranet, Inside Adobe, for Japan & APAC programs

  • Manage the external preferred supplier list for vendors used for GTD programs

  • Stay abreast of talent trends and advance thinking around solutions to further develop talent and organization effectiveness.

Education & Experience Required:

  • Min 3-5 years’ experience working in a HR or L&D team environment

  • Capability and experience as a Learning & Development coordinator or HR Advisor

  • Capability and experience in group & virtual facilitation

  • Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, using Microsoft collaboration software (Sharepoint, Teams, Forms)

  • Intermediate experience with Learning Management Systems (Captivate Prime preferred)

  • Intermediate experience with Learning software and tools, Adobe Connect, BlueJeans events, Culture Amp or similar survey tool

  • Well versed in data management and reporting using MS Excel or similar and related visualization dashboards, e.g. MS Power BI or Tableau

  • Strong personal leadership and influencing skills.

  • Strong collaborator who takes accountability for work outputs

  • Ability to prioritize and make recommendations about to improve practices and processes

  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects to completion

  • Comfortable working across cultures and with teams across Asia Pacific, India, EMEA and USA.

  • Positive attitude & aspiration to develop a career in Development / Human Resources consulting
