The Opportunity 

We are looking to hire a Talent Development Partner to join our Employee Experience (EX)team in our APAC Region. We have a fantastic opportunity to shape the agenda globally; developing and delivering transformative experiences focused on leadership, that drive impactful change and scale!

As a key partner for employee and executive development, you will drive people development initiatives for a specific business group(s) in APAC. Key focus areas include: supporting content creation for live and virtual development programs, working closely with our team in the US, supporting key talent/organizational planning, helping leaders build robust teams, coaching and facilitation of enterprise programs.

This consultative role is focused on providing both enterprise and client-based initiatives in APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for growing talent, increasing organizational effectiveness and leadership success in the businesses you are aligned to while working closely with your other team members and partners around the globe.

You will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Talent Management and Talent Selection teams to drive business impact. Using thought leadership, innovation and influence you will develop targeted development solutions. Through effective partnerships you will ensure customized offerings are demonstrating Adobe’s values, key capabilities and best in class delivery methods including; e-learning, virtual, and live experiences.

What you'll Do 

  • Provide leadership development expertise and consultation on the organizational needs and development opportunities for your client groups

  • Work in direct partnership with your HRBP(s) to define the talent strategy and agenda for the partners supported.

  • Cultivate a positive relationship with global Talent Development, Sr. Business Partner(s) and the business leaders by understanding business issues and how they translate into people strategy and concrete measures/tracking of impact.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR BPs and leaders on organizational change, team efficiency and leadership development.

  • Provide expertise and strategy on development initiatives, incorporating a confirmed understanding of behavioural change and scalable solutions.

  • Support and chip in to the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs and offerings.

  • Design and facilitate professional meeting, offsite and planning for the business teams you support.

  • Facilitate virtual, live or blended enterprise programs to core audiences (managers, directors, individuals) in region.

What you need to succeed 

  • Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership efficiency. Including but not limited to; behavioral change, talent management, change leadership, robust team efficiency and mentor.

  • Typically requires minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in Human Resources with bachelor's  or master's degree

  • Proven track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment.

  • Human capital or leadership development advising experience with a variety of organizations, teams or leaders

  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of a global matrix, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.
