Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
The jobholder will be responsible of the implementation of the A330 Retrofit/Flight line and
A330 MRTT´s deliver and base &line maintenance activities under his/her perimeter.
Your main task and responsibilities will include:
Responsible of the aircraft under his/her perimeter.
Mid-Term and Short-Term Planning execution Responsible of the aircrafts.
Coordination of the multifunctional team established in assigned A/C to achieve the
delivery goals without pending works, integrating all functions needed: Production,
Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning & Production Control, Supply Chain,
etc. as well as resources assigned: human, infrastructure, tooling, GSE´s,
industrial means, etc. Ensure coordination within others organizations.
Aircraft delivery to Flight Ops and final customer: A/C preparation and its
documentation, TLB and QLB management, operational safety rules, quality and
maintenance regulations, etc.
A330 MRTT aircraft line and base maintenance: A/C preparation/dispatch for flight,
discrepancy fixing, handling and servicing, analysis, schedule and accomplishment
of maintenance work packages, including manpower, materials and tools, etc.
Coordination of subcontracted activities in the A/C´s under his/her responsibility.
Evaluation of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and other documents.
Industrialization and readiness for prototype aircraft in both FAL
and retrofits scopes. Ensure alignment between the supply chain, design
office, manufacturing engineering and planning to establish the workload
estimation and schedule for a smooth project execution. Implement continuous
improvement methods to reduce costs and lead time.
Coordinate takt changes, aircraft movements, and hangar preparation
activities.
Handover and handback processes for FAL and retrofit
aircraft, including storage management and readiness activities to ensure
the start of the conversion process
Ensure the continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area.
Monitor the relevant KPI´s, solve the deviations from targets and identification of
major industrial risks.
Responsible of Quality, Health and Safety , FOD and House Keeping standards
accomplishment in the A/C, area.
Security responsible in his/her area of responsibility.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Aeronautical Engineering.
From 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations and Team Management.

Team spirit and proactive mindset, autonomous and willingness to learn. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Listening and negotiation skills
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
Able to propose new ideas. Innovation and digitalization as well as continuous
improvement
Experience in organization and supervision of production groups, including support
functions. Specific knowledge in the management and resolution of conflicts.
Ensure she/he must be a reference in her/his area on team engagement, energy,
values and ethics & compliance.
Knowledge in management of all qualifications of personnel and facilities required
from Airworthiness Authorities, both civil and military.
Knowledge about Manufacturing, Engineering and Business will be a plus.
Knowledge in planning systems will be a plus.
Experience in Project and Team Management will be a plus.
Language skills: English and Spanish in Advanced level.
Knowledge in SIPLA, Digital Bar Chart, SNT, DEMAT, CATIA
