Do you have experience in providing tax advisory and tax compliance services in a professional services environment and are looking for a role where you can make your mark in Corporate/International Tax?
BDO has an opportunity available for an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager in its Corporate Tax team. Our large and dynamic tax practice operates across Australia and offers access to premium clients and work. You will be part of a collaborative team that takes a holistic approach to tax advisory work, covering all aspects of the Australian and international tax spectrum. You will be involved in providing advisory and/or compliance services to our clients ranging from medium sized clients to household multinational brand names.

You can expect to work in an inclusive culture and team; working closely with Partners and other senior managers across key client matters for a variety of tax advisory and compliance activities.
About you
To be successful you should have the following:

  • 6-8 years' Australian tax experience gained from working in the tax practice of a Big 4/mid-tier accounting firm or law firm, or other relevant corporate background

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting or Law (Taxation).

  • Solid research, writing and analytical skills with an interest to develop these further

  • A collaborative, innovative and inclusive working style

  • Be open to new ways of thinking, a new approach and not afraid to challenge the status quo

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A passion for tax!
